BEX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, MYEF2, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with BEX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX2-to-partner and partner-to-BEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEX2 versus DYNLL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
