Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,412 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL10, FBXO40, and VTRNA1-3. Each is linked with BEX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX2-to-partner and partner-to-BEX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEX2 versus KLHL10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
