BEX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Preadipocytes and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with BEX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX2-to-partner and partner-to-BEX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Preadipocytes grouped by BEX2-low versus BEX2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
