BEX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,679 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT14, BEX4, and MAP1B. Each is linked with BEX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX1-to-partner and partner-to-BEX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEX1 versus SYT14 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
