BET1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,279 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BET1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4H, AKAP9, and PRKRIP1. Each is linked with BET1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BET1-to-partner and partner-to-BET1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BET1 versus EIF4H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
