Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BET1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,136 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BET1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STYXL1, ADCY5, and BET1-AS1. Each is linked with BET1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BET1-to-partner and partner-to-BET1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BET1 versus STYXL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BET1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BET1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
