BEST3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,335 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB3IP, PRKAA2, and ADSS2. Each is linked with BEST3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST3-to-partner and partner-to-BEST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEST3 versus RAB3IP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
