BEST3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRA1, C14orf178, and VCY1B. Each is linked with BEST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST3-to-partner and partner-to-BEST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRA1 grouped by BEST3-low versus BEST3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
