BEST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, MMP27, and GPR101. Each is linked with BEST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEST2-to-partner and partner-to-BEST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by BEST2-low versus BEST2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
