BEND6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Notch1, and Syk. Each is linked with BEND6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND6-to-partner and partner-to-BEND6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by BEND6-low versus BEND6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
