BEND5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BEND5_S361, DDX21_S121, and STAT1_S532. Each is linked with BEND5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND5-to-partner and partner-to-BEND5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEND5 versus BEND5_S361 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
