Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEND5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL9R, RNF166, and HMGN2P20. Each is linked with BEND5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND5-to-partner and partner-to-BEND5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEND5 versus IL9R in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
