BEND5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, TAF9, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with BEND5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND5-to-partner and partner-to-BEND5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by BEND5-low versus BEND5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
