Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEND5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of T cell differentiation. Each is linked with BEND5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND5-to-partner and partner-to-BEND5 results are reported.
