BEND5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BEND5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, DPRX, and CST11. Each is linked with BEND5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND5-to-partner and partner-to-BEND5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by BEND5-low versus BEND5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
