BEND4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,904 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADD2, CARMIL2, and CEP85L. Each is linked with BEND4 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND4-to-partner and partner-to-BEND4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
