BEND4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,884 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD38, CD48, and EPB41L3. Each is linked with BEND4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND4-to-partner and partner-to-BEND4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
