BEND3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, mTOR, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with BEND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND3-to-partner and partner-to-BEND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by BEND3-low versus BEND3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
