BEND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,572 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXM1, PBK, and RFC5. Each is linked with BEND2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND2-to-partner and partner-to-BEND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXM1 grouped by BEND2-low versus BEND2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
