BEND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEND2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and mTOR. Each is linked with BEND2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEND2-to-partner and partner-to-BEND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by BEND2-low versus BEND2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
