BDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,689 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC5, ZWINT, and DNAJC9. Each is linked with BDP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDP1-to-partner and partner-to-BDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BIRC5 grouped by BDP1-low versus BDP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
