BDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,549 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2H2C, GFM2, and UTP15. Each is linked with BDP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDP1-to-partner and partner-to-BDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDP1 versus GTF2H2C in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
