BDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,635 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, HEXIM2, and ZNF121. Each is linked with BDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDP1-to-partner and partner-to-BDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATAD2B grouped by BDP1-low versus BDP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
