BDKRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDKRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDKRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAHD2A, RFXAP, and RPL23AP56. Each is linked with BDKRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDKRB1-to-partner and partner-to-BDKRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAHD2A grouped by BDKRB1-low versus BDKRB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDKRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDKRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
