Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,570 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BDH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADH5, DDX39A, and GNPDA2. Each is linked with BDH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH2-to-partner and partner-to-BDH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDH2 versus ADH5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
