Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,942 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP5, MKI67, and METTL7A. Each is linked with BDH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH2-to-partner and partner-to-BDH2 results are reported.
