Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and PCNA. Each is linked with BDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH2-to-partner and partner-to-BDH2 results are reported.
