Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BDH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIM, TAB2, and PXN. Each is linked with BDH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH1-to-partner and partner-to-BDH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BDH1 versus VIM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
