Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD2-2, RPL32P19, and MIR4480. Each is linked with BDH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BDH1-to-partner and partner-to-BDH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD2-2 grouped by BDH1-low versus BDH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
