BCYRN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCYRN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,441 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCYRN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC5, RCSD1, and ANLN. Each is linked with BCYRN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCYRN1-to-partner and partner-to-BCYRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCYRN1 versus TXNDC5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCYRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCYRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
