BCORP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCORP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,265 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCORP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS4Y1, DDX3X, and DDX3Y. Each is linked with BCORP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCORP1-to-partner and partner-to-BCORP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCORP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCORP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
