BCO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCD, CCDC113, and CHCHD3. Each is linked with BCO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCO2-to-partner and partner-to-BCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
