BCO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Annexin-1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with BCO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCO2-to-partner and partner-to-BCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
