Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,583 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, MXRA5, and PEX1. Each is linked with BCO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCO1-to-partner and partner-to-BCO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCO1 versus PSMB10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
