Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,329 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFXN5, TRMU, and TUFM. Each is linked with BCO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCO1-to-partner and partner-to-BCO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCO1 versus SFXN5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
