Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, STAT3_pY705, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with BCO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCO1-to-partner and partner-to-BCO1 results are reported.
