BCLAF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCLAF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCLAF3_S15, CTPS2, and OCRL. Each is linked with BCLAF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF3-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCLAF3 versus BCLAF3_S15 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCLAF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCLAF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
