Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCLAF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,052 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCLAF1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of Golgi organization, Golgi organization, and Histone mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with BCLAF1P2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCLAF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-BCLAF1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of Golgi organization grouped by BCLAF1P2-low versus BCLAF1P2-high in DLBC.
