BCL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Cyclin-B1, and PEA-15. Each is linked with BCL9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL9-to-partner and partner-to-BCL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by BCL9-low versus BCL9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
