BCL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 391 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1E, CPO, and ME2. Each is linked with BCL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL9-to-partner and partner-to-BCL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR1E grouped by BCL9-low versus BCL9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
