Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL7C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL7C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher BCL7C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL7C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, ESCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where BCL7C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
