Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL7C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL7C data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher BCL7C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL7C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and COAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PDAC, and COAD are the cancer types where BCL7C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
