Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL7B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL7B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher BCL7B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and COAD are the cancer types where BCL7B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
