BCL7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SART3, and MAN2A1. Each is linked with BCL7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL7A versus SRSF9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
