Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, ILF3, and ZNF664. Each is linked with BCL7A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL7A versus TMEM97 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
