Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,790 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extracellular matrix organization, Extracellular structure organization, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with BCL7A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL7A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL7A results are reported.
