Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BCL6B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BCL6B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BCL6B Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BCL6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where BCL6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
