BCL6B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,599 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL6B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID1, NID2, and VWA1. Each is linked with BCL6B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL6B versus NID1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
