Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP9, NME9, and IRAK1. Each is linked with BCL6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6B results are reported.
