Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, DPPA5, and KRTAP8-1. Each is linked with BCL6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL6B-to-partner and partner-to-BCL6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by BCL6B-low versus BCL6B-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
